Is it worth it to set aside one day for Mother Earth?

Let’s celebrate World Earth Day meaningfully.

The earth does not belong to man, man belongs to the earth. All things are connected like the blood that unites us all. Man did not weave the web of life, he is merely a strand in it. Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself.”

Like the breath of man, like the bark of a tree, all living and non-living things are connected with the earth. Every year twenty-second of April is designated as World Earth Day and this year we are celebrating the fifty-first anniversary. The theme for 2021 is “Restore Our Earth”.

From the dust particles that hit our feet to the endless ozone layer above the celestial sky, the gift that this earth has given us is incalculable. People who are considered to be superior in mind are now facing many serious social, environmental, and health problems in the world due to the misconduct of Mother Nature by using their position and power. But at the time of writing, I know that somewhere in the world, acres of trees will be uprooted first.

Many of the streams that used to flow over the mountains have dried up, cooling the whole environment. The biodiversity of the protected forests that feed on them is extinct. For this reason, ecologists believe that in the future, humans will have to carry oxygen tanks on their backs.

Also, one aspect of biodiversity, which is a major contributor to pollination, is that bee stings can prevent food shortages by not producing flowers and fruits. Innocent animals suffer because of all these human misdeeds.

In other words, many of the glaciers that have been frozen since the creation of the world are melting today. Global warming is one of the main reasons for the rise of various types of factories around the world.

The man who goes on excursions to enjoy freedom, without putting everything like the polythene, plastic he carries in the trash, releases it into the environment as he thought and land in his house like a superhero. The beauty of nature that we experienced as children today is fading because of people looking for space in space. Even as I remember it and write this, the pain in my heart is unbearable.

My only wish is that at least one man who knows the value of Mother Earth is born soon….
